We have created a wonderful mix with Paul Uhlir which contains cool beats and a lot of spirit for a nice flow in the classes, goose bumps and continuous motivation. re-ENERGIZE stands for relaxation with simultaneous dynamics and can be used in many ways for all YANG-oriented classes. Paul's statement about the mix: "I compiled and enjoyed the music in Portugal during the sunsets, simply amazing!" The music is especially well mixed for all Vinyasa style yoga classes: At the beginning you will receive one track for breathing meditation and tuning into the following program, then it continues with tracks for mobilization and stabilization (warm up). The main part is characterized by motivating beats which ideally support flows (interlocking and flowing exercises). The last two songs at the end offer perfect deep relaxation.
