The Heart Sutra (Sutra of Supreme Wisdom) is one of the most important texts of Zen and Tibetan Buddhism. It is the thread that stands for strength and energy, but also for wisdom. And it is between these two qualities that our heart is able to open. "Form is emptiness, and emptiness is a form. All things are only emptiness. Nothing is born and nothing is broken." This passage from the Heart Sutra was the inspiration for this album. A mantra gently introduces the beginning and takes the listener on an emotional journey through the different sounds.
